University Programmes

Designed with faculty, delivered for cohorts

Credit-bearing global immersion weeks, live consultancy programmes, and faculty-led study tours for MBA, EMBA, MSc, and undergraduate programmes at 40+ of the world's leading business schools.

A global immersion week is often the most memorable part of a degree, and the hardest to get right. Our job is to make it the most valuable one: every session mapped to a learning objective, every company visit earned on merit, and every operational detail owned by a named programme manager from first brief to final flight home.

Global Immersion Programmes

The week that changes how a cohort thinks

A global immersion week is often the most memorable part of a degree, and the hardest to get right. Our job is to make it the most valuable one: every session mapped to a learning objective, every company visit earned on merit, and every operational detail owned by a named programme manager from first brief to final flight home.

The same discipline scales to shorter, faculty-led study tours: focused programmes shaped around a single course or theme, with pre-departure briefings and post-programme debriefs that tie the week back to the syllabus.

Typical formats: MBA and EMBA global immersion weeks, MSc global electives, undergraduate study weeks, and shorter faculty-led study tours.

Consultancy Programmes

Real clients, real deliverables, real stakes

Student teams work a live brief for a host company in-destination: scoped before departure, researched on the ground, and presented to the client's leadership before the cohort flies home.

We source and vet the client companies, structure the briefs with faculty, and manage the engagement end to end so the academic experience stays rigorous and the client relationship stays professional.

Typical formats: capstone consulting projects, action learning modules, case competitions in-market.

Consultancy Programmes · Two Formats

Consultancy, at the depth the syllabus needs

Our consultancy programmes run in two formats. Both put student teams in front of real companies with real questions; they differ in duration, depth, and how much of the work happens before the cohort lands.

Strategy ChallengeConsultancy Project
ObjectiveRapid strategic thinking under time pressure: teams analyse a live challenge, align quickly, and present a defensible position the same day.Full management consultancy practice: structured research, client management, and a practical, well-evidenced recommendation with real value to the host company.
DurationOne to three sessions in-country: company briefing, structured group work, and a two-hour presentation round. One to two months: remote kick-off and research phase before departure, client calls throughout, and final presentations delivered in-country.
CompaniesThe full cohort works a single challenge for one host company.Small teams each work with a different client company, matched to the programme's themes.
How it runsThe company presents its challenge, in person or on a call. Teams work the problem in small groups, then present findings to company leadership, who give direct feedback on the spot. The client defines the project and names a project lead. A kick-off call starts the research phase; teams work independently with scheduled client calls, then deliver insights and recommendations in person during the programme.
Online Programmes

The same access, without the airfare

Not every learning objective needs a flight. We design and deliver virtual programmes with the same executive access and the same design discipline: live company engagements, speaker sessions, and virtual consultancy projects run entirely online or as the remote phase of an in-country programme.

Online works hardest in three places: pre-departure preparation that makes the in-country week land harder, virtual consultancy projects where teams work a live client brief remotely over one to two months, and standalone speaker series when budget, visas, or timing rule out travel.

Typical formats: virtual consultancy projects, live speaker series, pre-departure and on-campus digital modules, hybrid programmes combining both.

How We Work

Content and travel, under one roof

Most providers do the travel or the content. We do both, with one owner, which is why the programme holds together from the first briefing to the final debrief.

A · Learning Content

We design the programme

Immersive learning journeys that connect global insight to local priorities: custom thematic design, a worldwide speaker and host network, and formats built for interaction rather than observation.

B · Travel & Destinations

We deliver the ground

End-to-end coordination across 60+ destinations: flights, hotels, transport, visas, and on-ground support, with proven safety, compliance, and insurance standards behind every movement.

A + B · Integrated

One team, accountable for both

Content and execution under one framework means no gap between what was designed and what was delivered, and one partner accountable for the whole outcome.

Our Approach

Brief. Build. Deliver.

Three steps, one owner throughout, and a delivery standard that has kept partner schools coming back for eighteen years.

01 · Brief

Understand the objective

We start with your destination and learning objectives, then return a proposal with a customised itinerary and detailed quote. Experience and vision.

02 · Build

Design and secure

Expert programme managers build the itinerary, sourcing content and securing every booking with regular feedback to faculty. Relationships and attention to detail.

03 · Deliver

Execute on the ground

Our ground teams ensure every aspect of the immersion runs smoothly, with assistance around the clock from arrival to departure. Hands-on involvement.

Content Methodology

The Content Balance Wheel

Seven ingredients we weigh in every itinerary. The learning objective sets the proportions; the wheel makes sure nothing is missing. Move across the segments to see how each one works.

The Wheel

Seven ingredients, one balance

Objectives are set by the partner school. Every destination has its narratives. The right content balance is what turns a schedule of visits into a coherent programme. Hover a segment to see each ingredient.

Our Values

Four commitments, kept for eighteen years

Values only matter if you can point to where they show up in the work. Ours show up in the same four places on every programme.

Access, not itineraries

Anyone can book a hotel and a coach. Our job is the room you cannot book: the executive dialogue, the site the public never sees, the founder who takes the hard question seriously.

Proof: 10,000+ company engagements secured

Designed with faculty, not for them

Every programme maps to a syllabus, a learning objective, or a strategic question. Faculty are collaborators in the design, and the itinerary earns its place session by session.

Proof: partner schools that return year after year

One standard, everywhere

Whether the cohort lands in Seoul, São Paulo, or Cape Town, the delivery standard is identical: our own programme managers, established local partners, and around-the-clock support.

Proof: permanent teams and partners on five continents

Duty of care as infrastructure

Risk management is not a policy document we attach to proposals. It is built into destination selection, supplier vetting, insurance architecture, and on-ground protocols before a single booking is made.

Proof: 18 years, every cohort home safely
Why Schools Stay

Built for the people who answer for it

Programme directors carry the academic outcome, the student experience, and the institution's duty of care. We design for all three.

Academic Fit

Syllabus-mapped design

Every itinerary is co-designed with faculty against learning objectives, and every session has to earn its place. No filler, no tourism dressed as content.

Duty of Care

Risk as infrastructure

Destination risk assessment, vetted suppliers, institutional-grade insurance architecture, and 24/7 on-ground support with named escalation contacts.

One Owner

A named programme manager

One person owns your programme from brief to delivery. Faculty get regular feedback during the build and a single point of contact throughout.
